Medical negligence case
Mrs K
"I would like to thank Ms Siama Iqbal and all of your team for all your help and support during the process. It has been a long way but it was definitely worth the wait. I am very happy with the result and would recommend your services to anyone."
Dental negligence case
Ms R
"The outcome of my dental negligence claim is more than I had absolutely hoped for, and this is solely down to Alderman Solicitors. The service from this firm was outstanding. They were professional, caring and absolutely first class in their expert knowledge. I was kept informed at every stage in a simple to understand language. I would recommend Alderman Solicitors without hesitation!"
Clinical negligence claim
Mr T — Delay in diagnosis
"I am very happy with the performance of Alderman solicitors regarding my clinical negligence claim. The different options were clearly explained to me, I was kept well informed regarding the status of the claim and I was very satisfied with the settlement I received. I recently used the settlement to have a revision of the procedure. This is not something I would’ve considered without the settlement."
Failed bridge & implants claim
Mrs A — Dental negligence: prosthodontic, restorative
"Solicitor partner Siama Iqbal carefully examined the evidence and gave me confidence that my claim was worth continued pursuance. Always polite and understanding, Siama took time to explain the processes and timescale. The outcome was successful and the monetary recompense more than that which I dared hope for. Without Alderman’s and, in particular, Siama’s professionalism, guidance, help and support achieved the successful result, and has helped me immensely in bringing closure to a matter that was, at times, distressful and physically painful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alderman solicitors, Siama Iqbal and her colleagues."
Failed implants & bridge claim
Mr E — Dental negligence: prosthodontic, restorative, infection
"I had two dental implants several years ago but subsequently realised that there were issues with them. I required an operation to have them removed and it was then that I contacted Alderman Solicitors. Ms Siama Iqbal methodically collected the evidence and in the end the Defendant settled out of court with an excellent settlement. I was advised of the process and then kept fully informed of progress and have no hesitation in recommending Alderman Solicitors and Ms Iqbal in particular to anyone who has suffered from dental malpractice."
Root canal & bridge failure claim
Mrs C — Dental negligence: restorative, endodontic
"It was only after changing my dentist that I was alerted to the fact that my previous treatment was not up to standard and I was encouraged to make a claim, which I did with the help of Alderman's on a no win no fee basis. I was expertly guided through the process and all along the communication with Alderman's was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions and queries were dealt with in a very professional and understanding way. My options were always clearly stated and the end result was a successful claim, where I am pleased to say the final settlement figure was substantially in excess of the defendant's opening offer. Thank you."
Restorative & endodontic claim
Mr R — Dental negligence: restorative, endodontic, informed consent
"Alderman solicitors took on my case before Covid and agreed to help discover if a claim could be made due to the negligence of a previous dentist. The whole process was really simple, communication was maintained and I was always kept up to date with how the case was progressing. I can't thank both Siama & Emily enough for their hard work and great advice throughout the process. Highly recommend."
